So, it's official: summer is gone and fall is here. Soon the trees will turn and their leaves will drop. Sweaters will make their way out of the dark corners of your closet. Soup is sounding better and better for dinner. There's a crunch under your feet when you walk down the sidewalk. This month's mix is made for that kind of stuff. It's music to drop your foliage to. It's called Under the Leaves. Here's the cover:
You can download it here. And when you download it, please leave a comment here. I'm just curious to know who's downloading these. Thanks.

not sure if i've ever told you but i love your mixes. i have a phone that has a gig storage for music so i've filled it with pretty much all your mixtape's and it's what i listen to as i walk around campus. so keep making the mixes, if only for me.
Huston, thanks for the love. I'm gonna keep on making mixes. In fact, when it comes to mixtapes, I got some ideas. Big ones, even. Stay tuned.

Dylan-you are a mix tape deity.
I download it!! Have you ever had your mixes mysteriously pulled from your blog? Mine disappeared tonight.
Ben, thanks. And as far as me being a mixtape diety, well, you're half-right. ;)
Tyson, I haven't had that happen. That is bizarre and it sucks. I wonder if Blogger just ate the post or if it got flagged or something. You're gonna re-up it, right? Fight the power and all that? I listened to a bit of it today (it didn't rip to my iPod correctly and I only got the last half of it), and it is pretty awesome.
As I said, I have a secret plane that I'm working on, regarding the burgeoning field of mixtapery. I'll post more on it in a week or so.
Sorry. That should read "a secret plan", not "plane". I do have a secret plane (it transforms into a giant robot), but that is totally not related to the matter at hand.
i'm a reader of your wife's blog, and loved your folk mix several months ago. thanks for the tunes!!
Gettin' my download on.
Faithful reader of your wife's blog. Sent over to download my first mix.
I do love your posters though. Just added you to my google reader. Keep it up.
