This has been a perfect crapstorm of a week. But I have remained caffeine-free, despite the fact that I really deserve a Dr. Pepper right now. Truly my will is like unto a thing of iron.
I'm right there with you, my man. I'm glad to hear you're sticking it out. It's really pretty easy, except when I want a soda (duh?). (1)Keep it up, (2)keep fighting the good fight, (3)keep on keepin' on, (4)keep on truckin'.
I'm too lazy to look up the date that this self imposed lent ends, but I know it's sometime in September, so I just push the thought of caffeine love away (and really, if it's gotten to that point, I know I have a problem).
Oh yeah, my body remembers what to do with water now. For the first week or so it was confused because it didn't have to filter out all the good (read:bad) stuff.

I'm impressed. Any advice?
I think knowing that I'd be letting Ben down has helped, as well as losing some weight over the last few weeks when I've gone without.
Also, I now drink an insane amount of water.
